I won’t close my doors at 6:00pm – I will be on hand from 8am to 9:30pm to take your calls and then after that by email or text 7 days a week.
I won’t treat any property in the same way – every home we take to the market will be given the individuality, respect and care your largest financial asset deserves.
I won’t leave you in the dark! – during the marketing process I will contact you once a week with a full update on what we are proactively doing to sell your home. After the viewing we will contact you instantly with an immediate update and then 24 hours later with conclusive feedback. And then once sold we will contact you twice a week with updates on the journey from sale to completion.
I won’t rest, our marketing will be constant and varied. We will use every possible resource to include Rightmove & Zoopla, social media, Multimedia such as video, flyers etc.
